NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-018082 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2005-A15, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-O under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated December 1, 2005, Plaintiff and Maribeth Amos and David P. Amos, Her Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 74, BLOCK B, CRESCENT OAKS COUNTRY CLUB PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 1 TO 41 INCL., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
