NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed January 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-017125, Division: N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and BRIONNE CHRISTINA SHEGSTAD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIONNE CHRISTINA SHEGSTAD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANCT IN POSSESSION are Defendant(s).

AND THE NORTH 60.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 510.0 FEET OF THE WEST 145.0 FEET OF THE EAST 3/8 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4; TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH OTHERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT: THE EAST 40.0 FEET OF THE WEST 165.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 565.71 FEET OF THE EAST 3/8 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 LESS THE SOUTH 25.0 FEET IN USE AS RIGHT OF WAY OF JOE EBERT ROAD. ALL OF THE ABOVE BEING IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST.
