NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009-015405 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiBank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2007-QH2 is the Plaintiff and P. Lynn Divenuti aka Patricia Lynn Divenuti; Unknown Spouse of P. Lynn Divenuti aka Patricia Lynn Divenuti; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 22nd day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, REVISED MAP OF SAFFORD'S ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
