NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 21st day of March 2013 , at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit A, Building 1840 of EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 4840, Pages 2052 through 2130, and any amendments thereof and the plat thereof as recorded in condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 53 through 58, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
