NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-16146 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and HRH Holdings, LLC, Tenant #1 n/k/a Wendy A. Fasulo, The Meadows Condominium Unit One at East Lake Woodlands Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 2, OF THE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERTO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTION, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5747, PAGE 1490 THROUGH 1560, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 61 THROUGH 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
