NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-8990 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and LOUIS A. ABATE A/K/A LOUIS ABATE; CAROL ABATE; BAHIA DEL MAR HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; BAHIA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 4 OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 502, BUILDING P, BAHIA DEL MAR IV, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5460, PAGE 417, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 66, PAGES 12-26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
