NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, entered in Case No. 522012CA007124XXCICI 19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and David F. Graves; Unknown Spouse of David F. Graves; Dorothy F. Graves; Unknown Spouse of Dorothy F. Graves; Howard R. Graves; Unknown Spouse of Howard R. Graves; Unknown Tenant #1A; Unknown Tenant #1B; Unknown Tenant #2A; Unknown Tenant #2B are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 & THE NORTH 11.25 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 12, PLAT OF PINELLAS PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART OF.
