DHALIWALL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOGINDER S. DHALIWALL N/K/A REFUSED NAME; HERITAGE OAKS TOWNHOMES OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/19/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, HERITAGE OAKS TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 64 AND 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
