NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 12-10052-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the Clerk's Website for online auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 4, C.E. Van Devender's Sub. of Lot 3, Block 3 of Gillmartin's Sub., according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 37, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
