NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-010438 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. 2006-WMC1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC1, is the Plaintiff and Kristine M. Olsen, Yorktown At Beacon Place Condo Assn., Inc. d/b/a Yorktown at Beacon Place Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 26th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 1-B, YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5198, PAGES 1455-1518, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 16-19, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
