NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 23, 2013, in Case No. 52-2011-CA-012074of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and MARY G. CONVERSANO A/K/A MARY MARTHA GILMORE A/K/A MARY GILMORE SANBORN, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 12th day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4 and a portion of Lot 3, Block 8, SUNSET HILLS, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 38, 39 and 40 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of said Lot 4, Block 8, SUNSET HILLS, for a Point of Beginning; thence South 02 degrees 06 minutes 59 seconds East, 139.36 feet; thence South 89 degrees 08 minutes 45 seconds West, 69.24 feet; thence North 07 degrees 33 minutes 27 seconds West, 81.96 feet; thence North 02 degrees 06 minutes 59 seconds West, 47.63 feet to the Southerly right of way line of Oleander Avenue; thence along said right of way line run 77.48 feet along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly, having a radius of 2237.75 feet, a central angle of 1 degree 59 minutes 02 seconds and a chord length of 77.48 feet which bears North 81 degrees 30 minutes 19 seconds East to the Point of Beginning. All lying in Section 11, Township 27 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
