NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of February, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-2742-CI-7 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein HAWK'S LANDING PRESERVATION ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CARL M. BIERBAUM and INGRID B. BIERBAUM are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of MARCH, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 1, Block B, Hawks Landing, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 123, Pages 62-67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2744 Deer Track Way, Palm Harbor, FL 34685.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
