NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10011411CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W4 is Plaintiff and ANTHONY NICHOLAS JR, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE ANTHONY N. NICHOLAS JR. LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 25, 2007; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST UNDER THE ANTHONY N. NICHOLAS, JR. LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 25, 2007; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY NICHOLAS JR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; COBB'S LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE PINNACLE AT COBBS LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 14th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, THE PINNACLE AT COBB'S LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
