NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12005692CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and DEREK HOLLAND; ELIZABETH HOLLAND; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE LENDERS NETWORK USA, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, SKY VIEW SUBDIVISION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, AT PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
