NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12007178CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-FA6, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and JENNY GOODMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNY GOODMAN; SUNTRUST BANK; PALMA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 5 OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC.; GRACE MARGARET NIKNEJAD; GHASSEM NIKNEJAD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 308, BUILDING H, OF PALMA DEL MAR V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5263, AT PAGE 1026 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 4 THROUGH 17, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE PERCENTAGE SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
