NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09013991CI SEC. 08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U. S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-4A, is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH PARR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH PARR N/K/A BARRY R. HOLZWEIG; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHERYL WILINSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A LOUIS HERREN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on March 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION SIXTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
