FASULA, SR.; JOLYN M. FASULA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., MIN NO. 1000157-0005256931-2; SANDALWOOD CONDOMINIUM MOTEL ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com County, Florida, 10:00 a.m. on the 11 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

BOOK 4916, PAGE 256, AS AMENDED IN OR BOOK 4953, PAGE 110, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 108-112, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 76-77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
