NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-003664-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP. COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS SERIES 2005-6 was the Plaintiff and BRATISLAV MILJANIC, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 14th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT “A”, ORANGE HILL HOMES - FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, AT PAGES 59 AND 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH 89°10'19” EAST 130 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 0°30'54” WEST 76.77 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH A CURVE OF RADIUS 40 FEET; THENCE ALONG SAID CURVE TO THE LEFT RADIUS 40 FEET, ARC 33.27 FEET, CHORD NORTH 62°21'13” EAST 32.32 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 51°28'23” EAST 86.70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 30°24'56” WEST 45 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°10'19” WEST 73 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
