NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-000612-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and LARAMIE HOLDINGS, INC. AS TRUSTEE OF THE FAMILY LAND TRUST #1133 U/T/D 11/15/04; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THEFAMILY LAND TRUST #1133 U/T/D 11/15/04; ROD KHLEIF; TENANT #1 N/K/A HELEN CONVERSE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ERROL CONVERSE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
