NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-011251, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANNIE LEIGH ORTIZ A/K/A ANNIE L. ORTIZ, DECEASED, NEW HAVEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of March, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 43, BUILDING 5, NEW HAVEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM (AS AMENDED AND RESTATED) FILED AUGUST 8, 1977, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4581, PAGE 1707 THROUGH 1797, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 72 THROUGH 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
