NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated January 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 11-009570-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 19th day of March, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 4, WOODVALLEY UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
