NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 05, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-003935 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and MERIMA RAKAVONIC; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 3, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 109, OF CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 99 THROUGH 107, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4124, PAGE 1237 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
