BOEKENOOGEN; KATINA BOEKENOOGEN; CONCORD ARMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 6, BUILDING A, CONCORD ARMS, A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CONCORD ARMS, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5009, PAGES 52 THROUGH 111, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 11 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY,FLORIDA.
