NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 05, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-001702 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and BLAIR MYERS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHARON L MYERS A//KA SHARON MYERS A/K/A SHARON LEE MYERS, DECEASED; GALEN MYERS, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHARON L MYERS A/K/A SHARON MYERS A/K/A SHARON LEE MYERS, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST SHARON L MYERS A/K/A SHARON MYERS A/K/A SHARON LEE MYERS, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; INNISBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
