NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 05, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52 2012 CA 004071 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and MILJAN MICEVIC; SLADJANA MICEVIC; GLORIA L. CHECK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITY OF ST. CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. 211, BUILDING 2, OF PEPPERTREE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE(S) 16 THROUGH 19, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5080, PAGE 615, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
