NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8 day of Febrruay, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000642, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and TARI S. METHER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA R. MIKELSON, DECEASED, SUMMIT PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE MACDADE N/K/A COREY JOHNSON, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYAN MACDADE N/K/A KAREN R. MACDADE, JAMES T. MACDADE, KAREN R. MACDADE, MICHELLE MACDADE, RYAN MACDADE, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TARI S. METHER N/K/A GORDON METHER, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SETH A. METHER, SETH A. METHER, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA R. MIKELSON, DECEASED and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 11 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 327 OF SUMMIT PLACE IN NAPLES, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
