NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1102595CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and BRAD TANNER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE BRAD TANNER TRUST DATED JUNE 21, 2001; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; FIFTH THIRD BANK;RBC BANK (USA), are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK B, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LITTLE HICKORY SHORES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 6.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
