Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-1431 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the 3rd floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment No. 2, Building 144, aka 1442, No. 7, The Glades Country Club Apts, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 602, pages 1306 through 1531, inclusive, as amended and restated in Official Records Book 1513, pages 65 through 95, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
