NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 11, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-002734-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13 day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 3202 in 1835 Napoli Luxury Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3660, Page 2592, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
