Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010 CA-004654 pending in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, in which BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM EDWARD WARMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM EDWARD WARMAN; MELODY ANNE WARMAN; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; GENEVA LEASING ASSOCIATES, INC.; CHICAGO COMMUNITY BANK; COLLIER HEALTH PARK OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVERCHASE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; COLLIER'S RESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELODY ANNE WARMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112-5324 at 11:00 a.m. on the 13 day of March, 2013, , the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
