NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11 2009 CA 4632, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC substituted for SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC, is the Plaintiff and CHARLES S. TODD, VICTORIA LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES S. TODD IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 13 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-104, VICTORIA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1458, PAGES 1951 THROUGH 2019, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS OF RECORD THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED OF RECORD, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO ANY AND ALL COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
