UNIT NO E-1 OF COCOHATCHEE MANOR, GROUP TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 509, PAGE 298, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 733 PALM VIEW DR, NAPLES, FL 34110; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on March 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
