NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004602 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. N/K/A BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and ROSANE E. LORIO AKA ROSANE LORIO; GUILLERMO R. LORIO AKA GUILLERMO LORIO; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, at 11:00AM, on the 14 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
