Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2010, and entered in 0910256CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and THOMAS E. RENAUD A/K/A THOMAS RENAUD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS E. RENAUD A/K/A THOMAS RENAUD; AMY D. SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMY D. SMITH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A DAVID SMITH; JANE DOE N/K/A MRS. DAVID SMITH are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on March 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 103, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 64, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
