Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2013, and entered in 2012 CA 003382 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and FLORA H. REGO A/K/A FLORA REGO; GEORGE S. REGO; BAYBERRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on March 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2-C, OF BAYBERRY OF NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 756, PAGES 636 THROUGH 679, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
