NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 112012CA0028830001XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and DANIEL D. KOPCHAK AKA DANIEL KOPCHAK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL D. KOPCHAK AKA DANIEL KOPCHAK and UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 105, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 193, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
