NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003698 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Diane L. Chambers, Jim L. Chambers, SunTrust Bank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 150.0 FEET OF TRACT 118, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 77, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 3767 GOLDEN GATE BLVD. E., NAPLES, FL 34120-3726
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
