NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-03758 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-RF3, is the Plaintiff and James A. Criswell, Loretta D. Criswell, Naples Winterpark VII, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 3705, NAPLES WINTERPARK VII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR NAPLES WINTERPARK VII, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1421, PAGES 431 THROUGH 505, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 4120 LOOKING GLASS LANE, #3705, NAPLES, FL 34122
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
