NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-009523-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE IT 2006-1, is Plaintiff, and LOUIS J. PEARLMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1624, MOSAIC AT MILLENIA, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8282, PAGE 3777, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
