Unit Week 49 in Unit 06306, an Even Biennial Unit Week AND Unit Week 38 in Unit 04504, an Odd Biennial Unit Week, BELLA FLORIDA CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Bella Florida Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 6222, Page 1987, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
