NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012550-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Altermease S. Hubbard; Unknown Spouse of Altermease S. Hubbard; Clarcona Cove Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 4th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, CLARCONA COVE, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 139-140, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
