NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-001831-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Yale Mortgage Corporation, a Florida Corporation, is Plaintiff, and Chris S. Hartsfield, et al., are Defendants. The Office of Lydia Gardner, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, ECON RIVER ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 104-106, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
