NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-003515-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAVID M. SHEKTER, P.L.T.H., INC., DAVID L. SHEKTER, LISA RAE SHEKTER and JOYCE T. SHEKTER A/K/A THELMA JOYCE SHEKTER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT 48, PARK LAKE TOWNHOUSES, INC., UNIT 4, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2061, PAGE 335, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2134, PAGE 247, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2171, PAGE 760, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND SAID EXHIBITS TO THE AFOREMENTIONED DECLARATION RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM EXHIBIT BOOK 1, PAGES 63 AND 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/94TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS MARKED AS EXHIBIT “A” THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
