NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 12, 2013, in Case No. 48-2011-CA-007345-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, is Plaintiff, and Dave Pinsky, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.orange.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 19th day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, MONTPELIER VILLAGE, PHASE 1, WILLIAMSBURG AT ORANGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 41-43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORSDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
