Final Judgment was awarded on February 4, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-016834-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and, ROOKMIN ROOPCHAND; KAMWATTIE ALLIE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAMWATTIE ALLIE N/K/A RAYMOND ALLIE; TIVOLI WOODS SERVICE ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLA VISTA AT TIVOLI WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A WANDA ALFONZO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ANGELO SOTOMAYOR; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
