NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 4, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-006311-O (Div 40) of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and TANIA GOMEZ, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 301, in Building 6, of SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 7827, at Page 2548, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, as amended, together with all undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
