NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002667-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and ERIK SCHMIDT A/K/A ERIK L. SCHMIDT, COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, INC AS ASSIGNEE OF CHASE BANK USA, EAST BAY HOMEOWNERS, INC., FIRST AMERICAN INVESTMENT CO, LLC, GREAT SENECA FINANCIAL CORP., SAND LAKE HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, SHERMAN ACQUISITION LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21st day of March, 2013, at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 274, SAND LAKE HILLS SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 55 AND 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
