Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009335-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and RAMKISHUN, LLC, LOAKHNAUTH RAMKISHUN, INTERNAL MEDICINE OF VERANDA PARK, P.A., OFFICES AT VERANDA PARK BUILDING 1000 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., VERANDA PARK INTERIM ASSOCIATION, INC., METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., and AURA HEALTH CLINIC, LLC, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 11, 2013, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Units 111 and 112 of Universal Center Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 7547, Page 2989, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Orange County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
More commonly referred to as 6000 Turkey Lake Road, Units 111 and 112, Orlando, FL 32819.
