NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29 day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-000861, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC is the Plaintiff and SURRY CHERRY III, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SURRY CHERRY III N/K/A MADINE CHERRY III, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A DIANE DUNLEAVY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 6 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 410 OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 23 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 14A THROUGH 14E OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
