NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-006896, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC. ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R1 is Plaintiff and ROSEMARY T. COLES A/K/A ROSEMARY T. CARR COLES; BRUCE B. COLES, SR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #2; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #3; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #4; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF CHARLOTTE, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 4, SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 9, CHARLOTTE HARBOR ON THE NORTHERLY LINE OF FRONT AVENUE; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF FRONT AVENUE 70 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTHERLY PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 4, 174 FEET 8 INCHES, MORE OR LESS, THROUGH LOT 3 OF SAID BLOCK 9, TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE WESTERLY 70 FEET, MORE OR LESS, ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINES OF SAID LOTS 3 AND 4. TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, THENCE SOUTHERLY TO POINT OF BEGINNING: THE TRACT OF LAND HEREBY CONVEYED BEING ALL OF LOT 4 AND THE WESTERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 3, SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 9, CHARLOTTE HARBOR, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK I PAGE 30, CHARLOTTE COUNTY RECORDS.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
